The Event

Imagine the sound of thousands of bells jingling as people from all over Indiana run, walk and cheer in the 25th Annual Indianapolis Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis® presented locally by OrthoIndy. Bells will be ringing as 3,500 people like you tie jingle bells to their shoelaces, don festive holiday costumes and join friends and neighbors in support of the Arthritis Foundation's mission to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. The Jingle Bell Run/Walk for Arthritis® raises awareness of the nation's most common cause of disability, while raising desperately needed funds to find a cure for arthritis.

The Arthritis Foundation

The Arthritis Foundation is the only nationwide, nonprofit health organization helping people to take greater control of arthritis by leading efforts to prevent, control and cure arthritis and related diseases. The Arthritis Foundation also provides a large number of community-based programs and services nationwide to make life with arthritis easier and less painful.

HONOREE

Ashley Frankel

8-year old Ashley Frankel was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the ripe old age of two. Her symptoms were so severe she had trouble holding pencils and crayons. Her parents assumed her swollen joints were the result of a sprain or fracture. Never did they imagine a young and otherwise healthy child could have arthritis.
